Langwell Estate is set in some of the most stunning scenery of Western Scotland looking out over the Assynt Mountains to the west. Although secluded it is only 15 minutes drive from Ullapool where you have access to all facilities and beaches as well as a golf course. There are two properties to rent on the estate which can be taken separately or together for larger parties.

The Lower River Cassley comprises the last two miles before the river enters the Kyle of Sutherland. It is a lovely highland river with some superb fly water.

Marybank Lodge and cottage stand within their own secluded grounds above the River Balnagown and enjoying outstanding southerly views over the Balnagown Estate to the Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle beyond.

Morsgail Lodge is situated in a fantastic position right on the edge of the Morsgail Loch and offers excellent unspoilt salmon, sea trout fishing, walked-up grouse shooting and stalking.
