27lb record salmon caught on the Benmore Estate, Isle of Mull!

The largest ever recorded salmon on the Benmore Estate has just been caught by one of our sporting tenants staying at Knock House on the Isle of Mull. A beautiful fresh run salmon of 27lbs was landed on a 10ft trout rod with 8lb breaking strain line! Anglers across the globe dream of catching such a fish like this! I certainly do!
