Broxmouth Park is a stately mansion in East Lothian and provides an exclusive venue for luxury weddings, corporate hospitality and private parties.

Historical Profile
Over the years, there have been significant historical connections: In 1650 Oliver Cromwell commanded his troops at the battle of Dunbar from a hillock close to the house. The current house was built by the Duke of Roxburgh in 1775, as the dower house on his estates, and in 1878 Queen Victoria stayed in the house, and planted a tree in the garden to the memory of her beloved Albert.

Broxmouth is located 35 miles only from the centre of Edinburgh: the airport is a few miles further. Regular trains run to Dunbar (10 minutes from the house), and the estate vehicle can collect or deliver guests as required.

Bearing in mind that Broxmouth is located no more than 45 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, it is clear that the size and nature of the house and estate lend themselves superbly for use by corporate groups. Whether it be a board meeting in discreet circumstances, a conference for 50 delegates, a high profile reception with top level service of food and drink, or forms of participation events held over the entire estate; Broxmouth will be able to deliver.

Golf Events
Broxmouth stands in an enviable location where golf, shooting, fishing and stalking is in demand. Situated in East Lothian, north of the Tweed, and between the Lammermuir Hills and the sea, the potential for golf, sea fishing, salmon and trout fishing, and shooting are limitless.

The house and grounds lend themselves superbly for weddings!
Within the house we can accommodate up to 60 persons for receptions. The house is surrounded by lawns so that if numbers require the hire of marquees, there is no problem whatsoever!
