Conichan sleeps 10 adults.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, the open plan room has a living/sitting area as well as the kitchen and dining area. Oil fired Aga, 4 burner gas hob, underfloor heating, belfast sink, chest freezer, telephone, Miele Dishwasher. There are two under the counter fridges (one with a little freezer space) in the island in the kitchen and a large fridge/freezer in the porch as you come in. Utility/boiler room with washer/dryer and clothes dryer facilities.

The ground floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower in-between the two bedrooms.

Flagstones throughout entire ground floor.

First Floor:
On the first floor in one wing there are two twin rooms with a bathroom (with bath) in between the two bedrooms. The other wing has a king size bedroom, fireplace, with en-suite bathroom (bath and twin sinks).

Linen included.

Travel cot and high chair can be made available, if required.

Activites
There is extensive hill walking in unrivalled scenery, many golf courses, riding and bicycling. Historical sites and gardens closeby. There are watersports and tracked Snowcat visits to areas on the estate.

Sport
West Glenalmond Estate extends to around 6,500 acres and takes in beautiful Perthshire country. Salmon fishing is available on the River Almond. Stalking, grouse shooting and rough shooting can also be arranged on the estate.
