Situated in the northeast of Scotland, between Elgin and Forres and on the slopes of the Highlands, the Kellas Estate extends to more than 2,500 acres.

Amidst this typical Scottish scenery you will find vast moors, the swiftly flowing Lossie River and hills, beautifully overgrown with broom as well as water-basins and forests.

The town of Kellas, a 15-minutes drive away from Elgin and Forres, consists of a dozen cottages. It is a convenient base for explorations of the Highlands, with its famous and mysterious castles and their carefully out gardens. Vast walking-areas, golf courses and beaches are all very close to the Estate. Visit the numerous whisky distilleries in this well-known Speyside area, and the famous cashmere mill and tweed shops are not to be missed.

Kellas House is situated on a carefully selected site on the Estate. Built in 1916, this house is one of the finest "arts and crafts" houses in Scotland, and out-standing example of architectural excellence and craftsmanship. The house has beautiful garden and magnificent views and is certain to live up to all your expectations of Scotland.

The house offers spacious accommodation for up to 17 guests. Both the drawing room with its fireplace and the warm dining room will enable you to enjoy this great house in the most relaxed way.

The fully furnished kitchen is fully equipped and very comfortable. The house has seven double bedrooms, five of which have their own en suite bathroom. There is one further single bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and two separate showers.

Should you require additional accommodation, there is a separate Gate Lodge sleeping 4 guests.
